Galpha Laboratories announces cricket scholarship to 3 U-19 cricketers from Mumbai

In an attempt to promote cricket and strengthen their corporate cricket team, Galpha Laboratories has announced a scholarship, under which three U-19 cricketers from Chandrabhan Sharma College in Powai will be absorbed by Galpha to play for their company team. Imtiyaz Ahmed, right hand opening bat, Akshay Suryawanshi, a left hand bat and left arm orthodox bowler, and Rakesh Yadav, left hand batsman are the three players that will avail the scholarship benefits from Galpha.

As per the scholarship programme, Imtiyaz, Akshay, and Rakesh will be reimbursed a scholarship amount per match, and also be paid for every net practice with team Galpha. They will also be provided with the necessary cricket kit & accessories.

Mr. Pankaj Gadade is the coach of these players, and it is under the able aegis of Mr. Gadade that these players could make it big in cricket. “I am delighted to see my boys going up the ranks. It is a matter of great pride that Imtiyaz, Akshay, and Rakesh will get the opportunity to represent a corporate cricket team”, exclaimed Mr. Pankaj.
