Dombivli Gymkhana won the toss and elected to bat first , openers failed to give a good start result of which Dombivli Gymkhana were unable to put up a good score on the board. Harsh Mendon led the pace attack of Jolly gymkhana and bowled a magnificent spell of 4 wickets for 28 runs in 8 overs with brilliant economy of 3.5 , Aman khan took 3 wickets for 18 runs from 7.3 overs and Aryan Shejule and Kavya Gori took 2 wickets each. Dombivli Gymkhana managed to score 155 from 39.3 overs.

In reply, Jolly Gymkhana chased down the target with ease with Prem Naik scoring the highest of 48 from 59 balls which consisted of four boundaries and a six. Aditya Parab remained unbeaten on 38 from 57 deliveries and as jolly gymkhana won by 6 wickets.
