The race for the semi-finals intensified on the second day of the Thane Premier League 2026 quarter-finals at Dadoji Kondadev Stadium, as Saludar HC and Union Cricket Academy produced confident performances to secure their places in the final four.

Saludar HC dominate with all-round display

The opening quarter-final of the day featured FTL XI against Saludar HC, and it turned into a complete team performance from Saludar HC right from the first innings.

After winning the toss and choosing to field, Saludar HC bowlers controlled the game brilliantly and bundled out FTL XI for 128. The bowling attack worked in perfect rhythm, with Royston Dias and Harikesh Yadav picking up 3 wickets each, while Sagar Jadhav chipped in with 2 wickets, making it difficult for FTL XI to build partnerships.
