Medium Pacer Ravinder Solanki bags an impressive fifer in a losing cause in the A Div Kanga League’19

Shivaji Park Gymkhana after being put to bat first at National CC, Cross Maidan made a 1^st innings total of 150/10 in 50.3 overs. Even though it was a top order collapse with scoreboard reading 4/23, the middle order consisting of Siddhesh Kinalekar (41), Jayesh Pokhare (27) and Sanket Bhaye (24) somehow pushed their team to a respectable total. Medium Pacer Ravinder Solanki was quite crucial with the ball running through SPG’s top order as he came up with wonderful bowling figures of 5/30 in 11.3 overs with a maiden.

Despite a great bowling performance, National CC could not replicate their good performance in batting as they were bundled out for 103 runs in 26.4 overs. It was a collective performance by the SPG bowlers as they kept it tight taking wickets at regular intervals to help their team win on 1^st innings lead.
