Japjeet (55) & Aatif (5wkts) continue to impress in the University Inter College Cricket Tournament’19

Both the players mentioned in the title have been performing consistently past few seasons. Japjeet Singh has been one reliable opening batsman scoring half centuries in almost every opportunity throwed at him, Aatif has been amongst the wickets in the Inter College Tournament.

In the quarter finals match between, G.N Khalsa College and Viva College at the Azad Maidan, Viva College were bundled out for 95 runs thanks to a brilliant bowling spell by Aatif Shaikh. Aatif came up with impressive bowling figures of 5/41 in 9 overs running through the opposition with his accurate bowling.

Khalsa College in reply chased down the score with superlative ease thanks to their solid opener Japjeet Singh Randhawa coming up with 55* anchoring the chase as GN Khalsa college won the match by 9 wkts.
