Don Bosco CA rout Little Star CA Powai by 10 wickets in MD Memorial Cup

In a lopsided affair, Don Bosco CA handed a crushing 10-wicket defeat to Little Star CA Powai on January 5 during the MD Memorial Cup. 

Batting first, Little Star CA Powai were reduced to 89/5 in 20 overs. Captain Vedhanth Shetty top-scored with an unbeaten 27 off 52. On the other hand, Don Bosco CA’s Rihan Shah and Dev Nafade were the most successful bowlers. The duo claimed two wickets apiece.

In reply, Don Bosco CA made short work of the run chase as they completed the formalities in 14.2 overs. They won the match by 10 wickets. The opening pair of Tirtesh Mulay (36 not out) and Prateek (41 not out) powered their team to a comfortable win. While Mulay hammered four boundaries, Prateek muscled six. On the other hand, Little Star CA Powai’s bowlers had an off day at the office.
