The Thane Premier League 2026 continued to build momentum with two contrasting contests on Day 4 at Dadoji Kondadev Stadium one a one-sided chase, the other a hard-fought battle decided by a strong bowling effort.

Saludar HC cruise with dominant chase

In Match 7, Saludar H.C. faced KRP XI and delivered one of the most commanding performances of the tournament so far.

After opting to field, Saludar H.C. kept things tight and restricted KRP XI to 142/9 in 20 overs. The bowlers shared the responsibility well, ensuring KRP never got the momentum needed for a bigger total, with Royston Dias and Harikesh Yadav taking 3 wickets each, while Pragnesh Kanpillewar chipped in with 2 wickets.

Chasing 143, Saludar H.C. made it look effortless. Match 8 saw A.T. Sports take on NBEE Sports Club in a game that had a very different feel competitive, tight, and decided by key moments.

Batting first, A.T. Sports posted a fighting total of 197 in 20 overs. The innings was built on useful contributions across the lineup,  Gautam Kale’s 58 standing out as the backbone of the total. Aditya Rane of AT sports took 5 wickets in 4 overs and Prathamesh Mahale took 2 wickets.

In reply, NBEE Sports Club started steadily but couldn’t maintain the pace required. Despite some resistance in the middle order, they were restricted to 157/9 in 20 overs.

The turning point came with the ball, where Satyam Choudhary produced a match-winning spell, picking up 5 wickets and breaking the backbone of the chase. His performance ensured A.T. Sports stayed ahead throughout the second innings.
