Middle-Order Batsman Chinmay Sutar looks solid with a 4th innings ton against Himachal in U23 Quadrangular Tournament ‘18

Chinmay Sutar has been scoring runs at a good average in Mumbai Cricket since last 2years and now he continues to impress at the state level with his fine batting vs Himachal.

Mumbai team after being made to bat first scored 256runs in 1^st innings with Agni Chopra(66) and Dhrumil Matkar(77) smashing crucial half centuries. Chinmay who came at no.6 scored 41 in the 1^st innings. Mumbai team in reply restricted Himachal team for just 196runs with Krutik Hanagavadi bagging 5wkts in what was an impressive spell.

In the 2^nd innings, Mumbai were off to a patchy start but it was Chinmay Sutar scoring a 4^th innings ton which is very difficult to score. Chinmay at no.6 top scored for his team smashing 109* off 149balls batting till the end coping up with the lower order batsman & tailenders. It was an innings which showed his resistance as Mumbai got a healthy lead which helped them win on 1^st innings lead.
