Zaheer Shaikh picked up a fifer against Tata communication in Milan corporate league 2019-20

Milan corporate league T20-20 Pink Ball, Mumbai 7 Dec. 2019 : Edelweiss took on Tata communication on 7^th December in cross maidan. Edelweiss won the toss and chose to field first. It is organized by Milan cricket club.

The fact that only 1 batsman scored in double figures for the Tata communication team signifies why the team was bowled out for 54 runs in 13.4 overs. For the Edelweiss, Zaheer Shaikh picked up a superb fifer, he grabbed a figure of 5 for 17 in 4 overs. Sagar Gupta also picked up 3 scalps.

Chasing a target of 55 runs turned out not to be a difficult task for the Edelweiss team. The quick 33 runs partnership of top order almost sealed the victory for them and they chased down the target in 9.3 overs losing 4 wickets. For Tata communication, Amit Patkar picked up couple of wickets.

Match result – Edelweiss won by 6 wickets.
