Vijay Shirke Cricket Club after being put to bat first at Dadaji Konddev Stadium in Thane posted a total of 167/8 in 20 overs. Varun Lavande opening the innings top scored with 72 runs off 42 balls smashing 9 fours and 3 sixes taking his team to a defendable total. Ajay Mishra with 3/14 in 4 overs was the pick of the lot.

Benetton CC in reply were cleaned up for 97 runs in 15.1 overs courtesy some tight bowling by Vijay Shirke bowlers. It was a collective bowling performance where in Varun Lavande, Ashutosh Upadhyay, Suresh Pardi and Hardik Kurangale bagged 2 wkts each.
