Tanmay Mishra and Shreerah Gharat Hammer Tons As Parkophene advances to the Purshottam Semis

The Purshottam Shield produced a high voltage quarter finals between Parkophene Cricketers and Dadar Parsee Colony. After winning the toss, DPC elected to chase which in hindsight was not the right decision as Parkophene hammered the DPC bowlers at more than 10 runs per over. Parkophene scored a total of 482 in 45 over losing just 6 wickets. Ex-International player Tanmay Mishra scored an emphatic 159 as his teammate Shreeraj Gharat hammered 144. Apart from this mammoth partnership, Prasad Pawar notched up a quick fire and an unbeaten 88 at the back end of the innings.
