Ravikumar Chaudhary’s 101 & Nadeem’s brilliant 6 wkts help Sangam SC win in the G Div Kanga League’19

Sangam Sports Club batting first at Oval Maidan declared their innings at 197/9 in 39.2 overs. They could have been all out for a very low total had it not been their opener Ravikumar Chaudhary scoring classy ton. Opening the innings, Ravikumar went on to smash a run a ball 101 which had 10 boundaries and lot of hard work running between the wickets. Ravikumar kept on rotating the strike and scoreboard ticking despite wickets falling at regular intervals. Spinner Vaibhav Sane with 6/55 in 11.2 overs was the pick of the lot.

In reply, Sportsmen CC Vasai were cleaned up for 66 runs all out thanks to a terrific spell by Nadeem Mohd Rafik Shaikh who came up with match winning bowling figures of 6/12 in 6.2 overs coupled with 2 maidens. It was on the back of Ravikumar’s ton and Nadeem’s excellent spell, Sangam SC won the match on 1^st innings lead.
