Opener Sagar Chabbria’s brilliant 106 helps Dadar Union Sporting Club win the Kale Cup Finals’22

Played at Parsee Gymkhana in Mumbai, Dadar Union Sporting Club opting to bat first posted a handsome total of 232/6 in 20 overs. The openers gave a flying start to the innings with opener Sagar Chabbria top scoring in the match with a brilliant hundred. Sagar counter attacked the bowlers from the word ‘go’ as he went on to score a swashbuckling 106 off 60 balls, a knock which included 12 fours and 5 sixes.

Young Comrade CC in reply could manage a total of 182/7 in 20 overs with opener Shreeraj Gharat top scoring with 63 runs off 61 balls. Dadar Union bowlers delivered well in the finals with spinner Siddhant Singh being the pick of the lot taking 3/31 in 4 overs. Quickster Yashraj Malap also bagged 2 wkts as Dadar Union SC won the finals by 50 runs.
