Arhaan Cleans Up Abhay CC as Powai CA Win By 162 Runs

In the ongoing MD Memorial Cup 2023 U-14 Cricket Tournament, Powai CA had a dominating game against the Abhay CC. Batting first, Powai CA hammered 261 in just 32 overs. Although they were bowled out well prior to the allotted overs of 40. Opener Shubham Poojari scored a brisk 48 off 46 with 7 boundaries. After a dominating batting display, Powai CA set out to finish the game in a hurry. Abhay CC had a good start as openers put up a 47-run partnership. After the breakthrough, Abhay CC lost the wickets in a heap and were bundled up for just 99. The Powai CA bowlers pulling off a stellar comeback with the ball. Arhaan Faruqi Mahmood’s 8-over spell dismantled the batters as he picked up 4 wickets, giving away just 22 runs with 3 maidens. The other bowlers managed to maintain the pressure on the Abhay CC batsmen and ultimately winning the game by 162 runs.
