Anuj Iyer And Prajaval Tendulkar Seal The Victory for B4C

In the ongoing MCC Pro 40 League 2022-23, Brain For Cricket played against MCC-Black in which the former prevailed. After winning the toss, B4C hammered a subpar total of 187 as they were bowled out on the finals ball of the innings. Prajaval Tendulkar was the batsmen to stand up and carry the innings by scoring an invaluable 53 off 68 balls with 3 fours and 2 sixes. He was supported by Shubham Pal who contributed 38 and Anuj Iyer who scored 32. On the bowling side, Subarat Das’ exceptional spell of 8 overs saw him claim 5 wickets conceding just 29 runs. 

With a chaseable total, MCC-Black had the game in their hands but unfortunately, the bowling combo of B4C was deadly. Anuj Iyer’s 4 wicket haul restricted the MCC-Black batsmen to just 137 in the 34th over. Despite Yash Ramchandani’s fighting innings of 44, MCC-Blac were short by 50 runs. Anuj Iyer was adjudged as the Man of the Match for his all round efforts.
