All-Rounder Karan Tandon bags Elemnt Man of the Match Award in RMV Strikers win in JFSC 40+ League’22

Played at Fatima Cricket Ground in Mumbai, Ace Cricket Club after opting to bat first posted a total of 182/10 in 20 overs. Opener Rishi Pilani top scored with 44 runs off 29 balls smashing 7 fours while rest of the batters gave starts but couldn’t convert it into substantial scores. From the bowlers, Mayur Luthria with 3/43 in 4 overs was the pick of the lot while all-rounder Karan Tandon with 2/25 in 4 overs was the most reliable bowler for RMV.  Raiees also bagged 2wkts for 35 runs in his spell of 4 overs.

RMV Strikers in reply chased down the score with superlative ease winning the match in commanding fashion by 7wkts and 9 balls to spare. Opener Sarfaraz Jumani gave a perfect start with a 30 ball 50 while it was Karan Tandon and Naved Shariff putting on an unbeaten stand of 111 runs for the 4^th wicket. Karan scored 52* off 27 balls hitting 4 fours and 4 sixes while Naved Shariff scored 56* off 33 balls smashing 4 fours and 3 sixes.

RMV Strikers won the match, Karan Tandon declared ‘Elemnt Man of the Match Award”. Karan also bagged ‘Malkist’ Super Striker of the Match Award while Rahul Shejwal got ‘Hell Energy’ Economical Player of the Match Award.
