Incred’s Jay Bhoir smashes a 40 ball ton in the JFSC MCL League‘22
Played at Matunga, Mavericks opting to bat first posted a very good total of 217/3 in 20 overs. Openers Amey and Pranay gave a great start putting on 83 runs while Swapnil Paralkar at no.3 top scored with 66 runs off 24 balls smashing 6 sixes and 4 fours alongwith 40* off 23 balls by Rohit Ghagare.
Chasing 218 in a T20 match is always a pressure situation but Incred batters made the target look easier winning the match by 8 wkts and an over to spare. After a decent opening start by Himanshu and Tushar, it was Jay Bhoir and Nishant B who put on a match winning 153* run stand for the 3rd wicket. Nishant played the supporting role with 42* off 42 balls while it was Jay who changed the script of the match with a match winning 105* off just 40 balls. Jay’s innings included 12 massive sixes at a strike rate of 262.50 pushing Incred towards a commendable win.
