Vinit wins it for Deutsche Bank against KPMG in the quarter final of T20 Master’s Cup
Batting first, Deutsche bank posted a daunting 181-6 in their full quota of 20 overs against KPMG on 2nd April at Vengsarkar Academy, Mumbai, during the quarter final of T20 Master’s Cup 2015-16 Edition 5. Middle order bat Vinit (58 runs off 37 balls), hitting five boundaries and two sixes. He was exceptional with the bat and was a treat to watch. Unfortunately, Vinit was run out which put an end to his splendid innings. Nirav and Sagar were the pick of the bowlers, picking up couple of wickets apiece.
KPMG fought well to post 166-6 in 20 overs, falling shy of just 15 runs. Openers Raja Hudda (47) and Bharat (26) provided solid start to KPMG’s innings. Though Harsh (34) and Kunal (26) made some useful contributions in the middle order, KPMG failed to achieve the target. Anil Julka shined with the ball grabbing 3-32 in his four-over spell.
Vinit (58 runs off 37 balls) was bestowed with the Man of the Match award for his match-winning knock.
