U14 Trials Conducted at Total Vengsarkar Cricket Academy on 9th and 10th October, 2019

Like every year, the U14 Trials were held at Oval Maidan on October 9 and October 10, 2019 at Dilip Vengsarkar Cricket Academy. The selection trials were for boys born after September 1, 2005 & before September 1, 2008.

The trials were conducted between 10am to 3pm where boys were instructed to come in cricket uniforms i.e white shirt, trouser and cricket shoes alongwith their birth certificates. Because of rains the trials were delayed by one week but still it invited a very good response with people coming from faraway places like Palghar, Dahanu, Panvel, Kalyan and Vashi to attend the trials.

Talking with Kamat sir who was part of the selection trials- “Every year 700-800 boys come from various parts of Mumbai and this year too the response has been good. The selection will be conducted for U12, U13 and U14 groups where 15 to 20 boys for each age group will be selected”

Once selected their coaching would start from 15^th of October, 2019 while they can stay here upto U19 where Total Vengsarkar Academy will provide proper high quality cricket coaching, cricket attire and fitness camps to the students.
