Tanmay Buram & Shubham Shewale help Dream Mills win in MCA Corporate Trophy ’22 

On March 22, Dream Mills and M.S.P.G.C.L Cricket Club Mumbai clashed against each other during the MCA Corporate Trophy tournament. Dream Mills won the toss and elected to bat first.

Riding on opening batter Tammay Buram’s unbeaten 109 off 111 balls, Dream Mills posted a daunting total of 5-305 in 38 overs against M.S.P.G.C.L. Cricket Club Mumbai. Buram’s innings was embellished with 11 boundaries. He found able allies in Maitrik Thakkar (44 runs off 39 balls) and Shubham Shewale (47 runs off 39 balls), who made useful contributions with the bat to help Dream Mills cross the 300-run mark. For M.S.P.G.C.L. Cricket Club Mumbai, Prasenjit Mohite was the pick of the bowlers as he scalped 2-31 in four overs.

In reply, M.S.P.G.C.L. Cricket Club Mumbai managed to score 142 as they were bowled out in 38.2 overs, losing the match by 163 runs. Kunal Sawardekar (46 runs off 88 balls), who came in at number three was the lone warrior as none of the other batters contributed with the bat for M.S.P.G.C.L Cricket Club Mumbai. First with the bat and then with the ball, Shubham Shewale had a great outing as the left arm spinner wreaked havoc picking up 4-30 in eight overs. Leg spinner Arjun Yadav chipped in with 3-17 in 4.2 overs.

Tanmay Buram and Shubham Shewale were the top performers of the match between Dream Mills and M.S.P.G.C.L. Cricket Mumbai which the former won by 163 runs during the MCA Corporate Trophy.
