Union Cricket Club after being put to bat first at Dadaji Konddev Stadium in Thane posted a very healthy total on board scoring 200/3 in 20 overs. Openers Prayag Bhati (36 runs) and Sagar Mishra gave a flying start with Sagar top scoring in the match with 76 off 47 balls smashing 7 fours and 4 sixes. Sachin Yadav coming at no.3 also chipped in with half century scoring 52 off 32 balls hitting 2 fours and 4 sixes.

Chasing 201, Hardik Tamore and Siddarth Mhatre put on 66 runs in the 1^st 6 overs providing a positive momentum. The experienced Anand Bais at no.3 further anchored the innings with 57 runs off 36 balls (2 fours, 3 sixes). Bins Neyoth at no.5 also scored 35 off 25 balls as SR’s Group won the match by 1wkt crossing the victory line in the 20^th over.
