Redbull Inter College T20 Tournament’19: GN Khalsa wins & Bhupen impresses with consistency
In the match between, Podar College and Jhunjhunwala College at the Vengsarkar Academy, Jhunjhunwala after being put to bat first managed to muster only 130/8 in 20 overs. Podar College in reply chased down the score and won the match by 6 wkts and 1.1 overs to spare.

Opener Bhupen Lalwani scored a fine knock of 77* in just 60 balls hitting 7 fours and 2 sixes ensuring his team wins in a commanding manner.Bhupen has now scored as many as 9 tons in the last 5 or 6 months. He is scoring runs with dominance and consistency across all the formats across various tournaments.

In the other match between GN Khalsa College and Thakkur College at the Vengsarkar Cricket Academy, Khalsa Boys batting first posted a total of 138/9 in 20 overs. Opener Japjeet (27) and Akshay Majgaonkar (27) chipped in with 20’s while it was the handy 29* by Aditya Khanvilkar at no.9 which pushed the team towards a defend-able total.
Thakur College in reply managed to muster only 130/6 in 20 overs failing to keep up with the run rate against the tight bowling of Khalsa bowlers. Ninad Thakur (2/27 in 4), Aatif Shaikh (2/28 in 4) and Santh Vagal (1/25 in 4 overs) were the pick if the bowlers as Khalsa team won the match 46 runs
