Pratik Patil half-century gives Sony Pictures Networks India victory, in The Dreamz Trophy 2018-19

Pratik Patil’s 60 off 57 and Milind’s 37 off just 31 powered Sony Pictures Networks India to a 13 runs victory against CMI in a round match of The Dreamz Trophy 2018-19, organized by Dreamz Sports and played at the Sunder, Cross Maidan, Mumbai on 13th April.

After the toss, Sony had made 133 for 10 in 20 overs. After losing the wicket at the very first ball, they lost two more wickets in next 3 overs. Pratik and Milind, they produced a strong 95 run partnership for the fourth wicket. What-a-Comeback! While, the death overs were tough, as they lost 6 major wickets in last three overs of the innings. First and last three overs of this inning went extremely good for the CMI. CMI bowlers took 7 wickets during the death overs. From 107 for 3 in 15 overs, Sony had made 133 for 10 in 20 overs.

CMI’s openers, both batted in scoring 18 runs each but unfortunately they received no support from the other batters. Coincidentally, starting was quite good but both the openers got out at the same score. Pratik Patil took four as the CMI collapsed from 46 for 1 to 107 for 8 in pursuit of 134 in 20 overs.

Pratik Patil of Sony Pictures Networks India won the ‘Man-of-the-Match’ title. He smashed sensible 60 off 57 balls, including six fours. And he also took four wickets. This performance was full of energy and strong dedication. What else you want? Brilliance, Superb!
