PECL win against CCT by 8 wickets in HVM T20 Cup; Vikram Scores unbeaten 59

Riding on a good overall performance from bowlers and a superb unbeaten half century by Vikram, PECL defeated CCT easily by 8 wickets in their Group A encounter of HVM Sports T20 Cricket Tournament, played at Ireo Grand Arch Ground.
Batting first, CCT were restricted to a moderate 122 runs in 20 overs. Dinesh Mehta scored an excellent 52 runs but rest of the batting just fell apart, resulting in CCT not reaching a desired total. For PECL, Abhishek captured 3 while Bhanu captured 2 wickets.
In reply, PECL were off to a flying start with Jitender and Vikram scoring 70 runs for the first wicket. Then they lost 2 quick wickets but Vikram got a good support from Abhishek and they crossed the line for their team with no further hiccups. Saksham & Muzaffar captured a wicket each for CCT.
Vikram was adjudged man of the match for scoring a match winning knock and also picking up a wicket.
