Opener Vicky Patil smashes a 60 ball 124*in the Pulse T20 Trophy ‘18

VickyPatil has been one consistent batsman for IDBI team where he has been scoring runs since a long time. In the recently held match between INbook and IDBI at the New Hind Ground, IDBI after being made to bat first were hardly affected as they notched up a massive target of 234/5 in 20 overs.

Opening the innings, Vicky Patil batted till the very end thrashing the bowlers as he smashed an aggressive 124* (60 balls). Vicky displayed some amazing power hitting as he smashed 8 fours and 9 sixes to enthrall his team mates as well as the spectators. The rest of the batsman batted around him giving starts as IDBI reached a match winning total.

InBook in reply managed to score only 150/8 in 20 overs on the back of some tight bowling by the IDBI Bowlers.

IDBI team won the match by 84 runs and it was Vicky Patil being adjudged ‘man of the match’ for his swashbuckling 124*.
