Opener Ved Tendulkar’s 101* steers Indap CC to a win in Salgaonkar U12 Tournament’22

Played at Union Cricket Ground in Kalyan, Indap CC batting first posted a massive total of 203/2 in 20 overs. Openers Ashok and Ved gave a brilliant 136 run opening stand with Ved once again continuing his rich vein of form as he went on to score 10 off 52 balls. Ved smashed 19 fours and 2 sixes at a strike rate of 194.23 before he got retired hurt, not before taking his team to a strong position.

Titans Cricket Academy in reply only managed 104/5 in 20 overs courtesy tight bowling by the Indap CC bowlers. Gandhar Bhanse with 2/18 in 3 overs was the pick of the lot.

Indap CC won the match by 99 runs and Ved for his brilliant 101 was declared man of the match which he dedicated to the legendary Shane Warne. Ved Tendulkar receives one more Man of the Match making it a Hat- trick of awards (twice in a month) & back to back in last 3 days in 3 different tournaments.
