Mumbai reach semis as Jemimah storms Jharkhand with a stunning 140*in the MCA U23 One Day Tournament’19

Mumbai after being put to bat first posted a decent total of 273/6 in 50 overs where in opener Jemimah Rodrigues smashed more than half of the team runs batting the full quota of 50 overs to score 140* off 145 balls. Jemimah who is in supreme touch with the bat displayed class and panache hitting 16 fours and 2 sixes to take his team towards a respectable total.

Jharkhand team in reply were all out for 200 runs in 46 overs as the bowlers did not allow the opposition team to settle down and score runs freely as Mumbai won the match by 73 runs.

Jemimah now has 722 runs in 9 ODI’s at a stunning average of 120.33 just proving her immense talent and supremacy with the bat. With this win Mumbai also reach the semi-finals of the tournament.
