Played at the Karnatak Sporting Association at Cross Maidan, it was a match between two promising teams namely MIG and Karnatak SA where in M.I.G won the toss and bravely elected to bat first.

Their decision to bat first was good enough as they scored a commendable score of 195/9 in 90.3 overs which is above the average score on this pitch during this season.  Even though the top order failed to give a good start, it was Akash Singh at no.4 who scored a solid looking 68 off 129balls (4fours). Akash showed a lot of maturity at the middle and played a composed knock to steer his team to a respectable total. Jay Dhatrak also gave good support as he chipped in with a 46 off 160balls to further stabilize the innings. Right-arm off spinner Jugraj once again proved his mettle with the ball taking a yet another 5wkt haul in 2017. Off-spinner Jugraj came up with impressive bowling figures of 5/38 to trouble the opposition.
