‘Jigar’ baaz Shah dazzles again with a century as Highfliers register back-to-back victories
Jigar Shah of the Highflyers is in the form of his life. After scoring scintillating 98 in the previous game (Click here for previous match scorecard) he continues his great form scoring a century against Pitchers. He was not out in the previous game and continued from where he left. His century was studded with 14 hits to the fence and one maximum.
His knocked helped Highflyers post 205 runs enabling a 30 run victory over Pitchers who relentlessly pursued the huge target but fell short by 30 runs.
When contacted by Cricketgraph, Jigar was very proud of his knock and dedicated his knock to his school coach Mahesh Raut of the Swami Vivekanand School. Unfortunately Mahesh Sir expired last week. He sure would have been proud of his student’s progress.
With back to back performances Jigar sure has put the Friend’s premier league on fire and a player to be watch out for all opponents.
