Hurricane innings of 105* in 47 balls by Ajay Mahale in DGRS challenge cup

It was the opening match of DGRS cricket challenge cup played between Raheja and Dindoshi Sports Club (DSC), wherein DSC won the toss and elected to bat first.  What happened after the toss was unimaginable ! The imposing batsman from DSC, Ajay Mahale left everyone awestruck. He scored 105* in just 47 balls scoring fours and sixes at will and hitting the ball at every corner of the ground. Pradeep also joined Ajay in the attack and scored a quickfire 40* off 13 balls. Ajay and Pradeep recorded a successful partnership of 62 in 22 balls to end the innings at a massive total of 198 in 20 overs.

With such huge totals to chase the batting side either crumbles or emerges out on the winning side. One would expect DSC team to be a bit complacent however that wasnt the case and a disciplined bowling by Nilesh P and Sameer placed DSC on the winning side.

The day belonged to Ajay Mahale and everyone bowed to his powerful performance.
