Five wicket haul of Pratik Ahluwalia rattles Ratnakar Bank against Nomura in Mega Corporate T20 match

Winning the toss and electing to bat first, Ratnakar Bank failed to put up a decent show with the bat against Nomura on 13th Feb at Cross Maidan, Mumbai in the on-going Mega Corporate T20 match. Ratnakar Bank was bundled out for 126 in 19 overs, courtesy Pratik Ahluwalia’s magical bowling spell. Pratik picked up a fifer as he finished off with the envious figures of 5-14 in his four overs. He was almost unplayable and kept on asking questions to Ratnakar Bank’s batsmen. Opening the batting for his team, Sandesh Rumde scored 41 runs off 38 balls and received good support from Mandar Devaskar (26 runs off 22 balls).

Nomura had a dream start to the chase, as the opening batsman Rupesh Tiwari (54 not out off 52 balls) got off to a flyer scoring a wonderful half century. Nomura achieved the target in 18.5 overs, keeping seven wickets in hand and registering a comprehensive win. Mandar Devaskar picked up 2-26 in his four overs.

Pratik Ahluwalia was declared as the Man of the Match for his brilliant bowling performance (5-14 in 4 overs).
