Dhaviet Prakash, Abhinab Saha and Vihaan Chandan come up with good performances in U12 Bhaskar Trophy’20
In the match between Jolly Brothers and Milton CC at Dadkar Maidan, Matunga, Milton CC batting first posted a total of 147/1 in 22 overs backed by a brilliant 64 ball 93* by opener Abhinab Saha who smashed 15 fours and a six. Jolly Brothers in reply were cleaned up for 88 runs in 19.3 overs where in left arm spinner Vihaan Chandan came up with a match winning bowling spell of 5/21 in 5 overs. Vihaan was spot on providing timely breakthroughs as Milton CC won the match by 59 runs.
In the match between Prabodhan Sports Club and Dahisar Youngstar at the Mahim Juvenile Sports Club, Prabodhan Sports Club batting first scored 140 runs in their 1st innings. Defending 141, Dahisar Younsgtars were all for 40 runs as spinner Dhaviet Prakash bamboozled the batsman with his tight bowling coming up with bowling figures of 5/12 in 3 overs.
Abhinab Saha also recently scored a match winning 72* for Milton CC while chasing a total of 119 vs New Hind Sporting Club. A knock which eventually helped his team win the game by 9 wkts.
