Delhi Challenger reaches the semifinals with consecutive centuries by Bhagvendar

Today’s match played between Friends Cricket Club and Delhi Challenger. Friends Cricket Club won the toss and decided to bowl. Batting first, Delhi Challenger scored 287 runs for 5 wickets in 30 overs due to rain interruptions. Bhagvendar continued his good form from the previous match and scored another century in the second match, 125 (73) runs, Uvais Ahmed 38 (22) runs, Akhil 36 (14) runs.

In bowling, Mohammad Asif Mansoori from Friends Cricket Club took 2/36 and Arnav Balian took 2/71 wickets.

Chasing the target, Friends Cricket Club’s Gagan vats scored 75 (53) runs, Ayush Bharadwaj scored 34 (24) runs, Prince Mehra scored 32 (23) runs, and their innings ended at 219 runs for 28.4 overs, falling short by 68 runs. With this victory, Delhi Challenger has entered the semifinals. The next match will be played between Delhi Challenger and Collage Sports Club on 2nd June.

From Friends Cricket Club, Lalit Yadav took 3/32 and Vizan Panchal took 3/34 wickets in bowling.
