Cric-Score.in – Digitizing cricket at grass root level since 2010

It was these 3 Guys-Imran Rumani, Asif Rumani and Nadeem Parkar, all 3 cricket enthusiasts, who created a live scoring software in 2010 just for their own cricket tournaments. Little did they realize at that stage, that this technology could be something which grass root level cricket in India needs badly.

It was finally that one fine day which led into the commercial launch of Cric-Score in 2010. They entered the field at a time when match and player digitization was a faraway thing. It was Cric-Score.in who promoted online professional scoring for grassroot level cricket tournaments paving a way for a new era in cricket. In a span of 8years now Cric-Score in has covered hundreds of tournaments with over 20,000 players registered on their portal. It’s not just the statistics which makes Cric-Score set apart, it’s their qualitative in-depth player analysis, match analysis and player profiles which is the strength as well as the USP of their system.

Cric-Score.in, apart from grassroot level cricket has also other big ticket size tournaments and they have earlier covered ICC affiliate Cricket Tournaments too. What’s more they are also now the backend service provider with Khelomore, wherein state level tournaments are covered digitally through this partnership.

Imran Rumani talking exclusively with Cricketgraph shared “It was our constant effort that a product of International Standards reaches every local game and tournament in Mumbai. With Cric-Score every player gets a platform & it’s also a great place for talent scouting due to the large number of players registered from different parts of India”.

On asked about the vision ahead, Founder Imran quipped “We definitely want to climb the ladder and now provide our services to the Ranji and International level matches. Also, adequate funding will help us to update the existing product while also work on new product to expand into the retail market”

At present, Cric-Score is a web-based product wherein they provide the required training to run the software, alternatively they also have trained scores in India who can score the tournaments on Cric-Score.in
