Sulakshan Kulkarni is a high level performance coach and has been the head Coach of Mumbai Ranji team, Vidarbha ranji team, Chhattisgarh Ranji Team, Central Zone, West Zone Head Coach for Duleep and Deodhar Trophy, worked as Nepal Senior National team as a Batting Consultant & Head Coach of Indian Physically challenged team for World Cup winning team.
In last 20 years of his cricket coaching, he has coached many, States, National teams, office / corporate teams, club teams and even School cricket teams.
As a coach he firmly believes that his role is to get the best out each player and make that player or team self sufficient.

About Sulakshan Kulkarni :
He was a wicketkeeper right hand batsman and in his playing days played for 5 state ranji teams, Mumbai, Railways, Assam, Vidharbha & Madhya Pradesh.
As per wikipedia, “Kulkarni coached Mumbai under-19s for three years before working as Vidarbha cricket team’s head coach for two seasons ending 2010/11. After a successful stint with Vidarbha, he was selected to coach Central Zone cricket team. He became head coach of Mumbai cricket team in 2011/12 and coached the team for three seasons. During his tenure the team ended as semifinalists in the 2011–12 Ranji Trophy and emerged champions of the 2012–13 Ranji Trophy.
He has appointed as batting coach of Nepal Cricket team on 2018 for a short duration.
