Eagle Thane Strikers continued their dream run in the T20 Mumbai 2025, registering a dominating 97-run win over Namo Bandra Blasters in the 6th match of the tournament at the Wankhede Stadium. All-rounder Sairaj Patil once again stole the spotlight with a superb performance with both bat and ball, earning him the Player of the Match award for the second game in a row.

Namo Bandra Blasters won the toss and chose to bowl first. Batting first, Eagle Thane Strikers put on a massive total of 205 runs in 20 overs.

The innings was powered by a strong top-order performance. Varun Lavande provided a solid base with 43 runs off 32 balls. But it was Sairaj Patil who lit up the stadium with his explosive hitting. He smashed 54 runs in just 28 balls, hitting 3 fours and 4 sixes, with a stunning strike rate of 192. This comes right after his match-winning 47 (22 balls) in the last game against Triumph Knight Strikers , where he also won the Maximum Sixes Award.
