Aryan Dalal continues to stamp his class as he scores a 62ball 112 while Nirek scalps 5wkts in the U/12 Singhania Trophy ‘17

Played at the Singhania Cricket Ground, it was a match between two promising young teams namely Singhania high school and New English School where in Singhania boys won the toss and elected to bat first since they have a good batting line up.

Singhania boys took full advantage of batting first as they notched up a big total of 208/3 in 20 overs. All-rounder Aryan Dalal who is in terrific form this season continued his onslaught as he went on to score a fantastic 112* off mere 62deliveries. Left-handed Aryan literally counter attacked the bowlers and hardly spared anyone as he smashed 15fours and 4sixes to anchor his innings till the end. Shivam at no.4 also gave good support as he scored a quick 40. Almost all the bowlers got bashed and they could have bowled a bit tighter to restrict them under 170-180.

Chashing 209, NES succumbed to the pressure of chasing as they were bundled out by the strong bowling of Singhania bowlers. Talented left-arm spinner Nirek Gavand once again proved how handy he can be with the ball as he came up with excellent bowling figures of 5/12 in 4 overs which completely kept the game in their favor. Nirek as always bowled tight and in the right areas which reaped rewards for him as well as his team. Eventually Singhania school won the match by a big margin of 140runs & it was definitely Aryan with 112* and a wicket and Nirek with a 5wkt haul who stood out with their exceptional individual performances.
