Alok and Amar take Citi Bank home against AGS in Dreamz T20 Criicket Tournament match
AGS had a disappointing day with the bat as they were done and dusted cheaply for just 84 runs in 20 overs against Citi Bank on 5th March at Young Friends ground, Mumbai during the Dreamz T20 Cricket Tournament. Coming in at no.3, Tushar top scored with 30 runs, however none of his fellow teammates could contribute much with the willow. Alok was the star bowler as he picked up 4-12 in his four overs. He was spectacular with the ball and was a treat to watch. Yogendra and Amar rolled their arms to grab couple of wickets a piece.
In reply, it was just too easy for Citi Bank as they achieved the target, keeping four wickets in hand. Citi Bank was patient in their approach as they batted for full 20 overs to win the match. Alok (16) and Amar (28*) were again in limelight for their useful knocks in the middle order. Both of them batted well and ensured that their team was home safe.
Alok and Amar shared the Man of the Match award for their all-round performance.
