Tripathi Slams 66 To Help Rangers Dominate

In the ongoing Friendship Trophy 2023, Rangers CC dominated against the FCC Smashers as they won the game by 45 runs. Rangers posted a total of 185 runs onboard losing 9 wickets in the process. Skipper Sarvesh Jain started off the innings by scoring 34 and forming a brief partnership with Parikshit Tripathi who went on to score 66 off just 26 balls with 6 fours and 6 sixes. On the bowling side, Sagar Nehete claimed 2 wickets along with Saurabh Solanki.

With an intimidating total onboard, FCC’s captain Nimish Tandel hammered q quick-fire 32 but they kept losing wickets at regular intervals and were ultimately restricted to just 140. Shakir Sheikh bowled 4 overs claiming 4 wickets with an economy rate of just 4 runs an over. Apart from him, Pratik Koli was also in the wickets, claiming 3 for himself.

Parikshit Tripathi was named the Man of the Match for his stellar batting performance.
