Angkrish Raghuvanshi (143) & Aditya Baliwada (109) smash centuries in YGCL U16 Championship’21
In the match played at National CC, Cross Maidan, Sanjeevani Cricket Academy batting first looked in deep trouble at one stage with scoreboard reading 4/31. However, Angrkish Raghuvanshi coming at no.5 completely changed the script of the match with a thundering knock of 143 off 75 balls. Angkrish smashed 17 fours and 8 sixes covering almost every corner of the ground while also stitched a record 212 run stand for the 5th wicket with Sidid Tiwari who scored 84 runs off 80 balls taking the team total to 305/8 in 40 overs.
Nerul Gymkhana in reply could only manage 186/9 with half century from Chaitanya Patil (51 runs) at no.5. The bowlers did a nice job with Nihar Magare being the pick of the lot with 3/28 in 6 overs.

In the match played at Karnatak SA, Cross Maidan, Sai Sia Cricket Academy opting to bat first posted a handsome total of 279/6 in 40 overs. Opening the innings, Aditya Baliwada top scored for his team smashing an impressive 104 runs off 79 balls laced with 16 fours and a six. Rudra Sukale who came at no.3 remained unbeaten on 90* off 65 balls missing out on a well deserved century. It was on the back of these two batters, Sai Sia Cricket Academy reached a commanding total to defend.
Sanjeevani Center of Excellence in reply were bundled out for 167 runs with Omkar Patankar scoring 73 of those runs at no.4. From the bowlers, Parth Ankolekar with 3/26 was the pick of the lot while Sai and Aditya bagged 2 wickets each.
