Akash Parkar (5/25) & Prasad Pawar (76*) seal a win for Mumbai Customs in the DY Patil T20 Tournament’19

Played at the DY Patil University, Mumbai Customs after being made to bat first notched up a big total of 197/4 in 20 overs. Opener Vikrant scored a solid 47 while it was Prasad Pawar’s unbeaten 76* at no.4 which made all the difference. Prasad took only 43 balls smashing 7 fours and 2 sixes as Mumbai Customs reached a big total.

RBI gave a tough fight with their opener Sumit Ghadigaonkar scoring a hard fought 86 off mere 53 balls. However, he lacked support from the other end as they managed to reach only 181/10 in 19.2 overs. Medium pacer Akash Parkar bowled a brilliant match winning spell bagging 5 wkts for only 25 runs in 4 overs. Akash kept on giving breakthroughs while also kept a tight line and length which made all the difference in RBI’s chase.
