Netmagic Company has Organised “Netmagic Premier League (NPL) 2017” is internal company staff Corporate level Cricket tournament played with leather ball starting from 21st January, 2017.
GAME FORMAT-
League Matches – Total No of Overs – T9 (9 Overs) Match
Super Six – Total No of Overs – 11 overs or 15 overs Match
Semi Final & Finals – Total No of Overs – 20 Over
Format – League Cum – Knock Out Matches

For Super Sixes – Vengsarkar Cricket Ground, Oval, Churchgate, Mumbai

For Grand Final – Central Railway Cricket Ground, Parel, Mumbai.

RULES & REGULATIONS –
Tournament held by “Netmagic Company” Mumbai. This T20 (20 Overs) format tournament. All Matches played League kum Knock Out basis. This tournament played with leather ball. Every Teams has to be present at the ground at least 30 minutes before their scheduled start of the match. Umpire Decision will be final and binding. Rules & Regulation of the tournament will be discussed in advance by “Netmagic Company Group”. Matches will played on Weekends. The schedule will be given in advance. The Organizers will appoint umpires & Scorer for all matches. All Matches played in Mumbai’s Vengsarkar Academy ground mahul mumbai, Vengsarkar Ground, Oval Maidan Churchgate, Thakur Stadium Ground, Kandivali and Central Railway Ground Parel in Day. Maximum points wins and net run rate will qualify for the quarter final knockout rounds. Winner Team get Trophy and Certificates and Medals.
League matches : Sat 21st Jan 2017 at Thakur Cricket Stadium, Kandivali, Mumbai
1) Each team in the group will play against each other. Total 2 matches per team.
2) The winning team takes 2 points. In case of a tie, super over will decide the winner
3) Power play for first 2 overs, minimum 5 bowlers and maximum 5 bowlers in each match
4) 9 overs for each match in this stage.
5) The top 2 teams from each group move to the next round, super six. In case of equal points, Net run rate shall decide the qualifying teams.
6) In case the last 2 matches are not completed, it will be played before the super six stage next week. However we shall try to complete the league stage on the same day.
7) The matches start from 9.30 am and shall be played in 2 different pitches together. The matches shall be played as per the schedule below. We shall give a breather time in case the teams play back to back matches.
Super Six : Sun 29th Jan 2017 at Vengsarkar Oval Maidan, Churchgate, Mumbai
1) The top 2 teams from the league stage qualifies for this round.
2) The winning team takes 2 points. In case of a tie, super over will decide the winner
3) Power play for first 3 overs, minimum 5 bowlers. 1 bowlers can bowl 3 overs and remaining bowlers 2 overs
4) 11 overs for each match in this stage. In case there is no carry over matches from league, 15 overs matches will be played.
5) The top teams from each group shall play the next best teams from other groups. In case of equal points, Net run rate shall decide the qualifying teams.
6) Draws will decide the matches.
Semi’s : Sun 5th Feb 2017 at Vengsarkar Cricket Academy, Mahul, Chembur, Mumbai
1) The top 4 teams from the super six qualify for this round.
2) T1 Vs T4 & T2 Vs T3 from the super six.
3) The winning team moves to the finals. In case of a tie, super over will decide the winner. In case of equal points, Net run rate shall decide the qualifying teams.
4) Power play for first 6 overs, minimum 5 bowlers. Each bowlers can bowl 3 overs
5) 20 overs for each match in this stage
Grand Final : Fri 10th Feb 2017 : Central Railway Ground Parel, Mumbai
1) Power play for first 6 overs, minimum 5 bowlers. Each bowlers can bowl 3 overs
2) 20 overs final match
