Super Strikers, Dark Knight Riders, Aashni Legends, and Shah Nawabs qualify for the Knock-Outs of TPL

After a host of riveting contests during the league stage of the fifth edition of the Tyrant Premier League (TPL), four teams have qualified for the knock-outs of the competition. The four qualifying teams are Super Strikers, Dark Knight Riders, Aashni Legends, and Shah Nawabs.


On October 14, Super Strikers will take on Dark Knight Riders in Qualifier 1 at 7.30 PM IST. After this match, Aashni Legends and Shah Nawabs will lock horns against each other in the Eliminator. The game will begin at 8.30 PM IST. The winner of Qualifier 1 will advance to the finals of the TPL. On the other hand, the loser of Qualifier 1 will play against the winner of Eliminator in Qualifier 2 for a spot in the finals. Qualifier 2 will commence at 9.45 PM IST.

All the three matches will be played at Catholic Gymkhana Turf in Mumbai.

Cricket is a sport that Juili picked up right from her childhood days. Her journey from playing with the boys in the compound walls to practising under the able aegis of Jonty Rhodes has been a spectacular one.
She was a part of Mumbai Women’s U-19 and U-23 probables during her five-year stint at the MCA. As a middle order bat and a part time medium pace bowler, she also represented Mumbai University at All-India University Women’s Cricket for two years. She is also a certified MCA (Mumbai Cricket Association) Umpire and BCCI Commentator.
