In the University of Mumbai City Zone Sports Committee Intercollegiate Cricket Tournament, Rizvi Arts, Commerce and Science College delivered a strong all-round performance to defeat M.L. Dahanukar College in an exciting T20 clash.

After winning the toss, Rizvi College chose to bat first and made full use of the opportunity. They posted a competitive total of 193 for 7 in their 20 overs, setting the tone early with aggressive intent.

The standout performer with the bat was Smith Pardeshi, who played a crucial knock of 52 runs off just 27 balls. His innings was packed with intent and timing, featuring 8 boundaries and 2 sixes. At a time when Rizvi needed momentum, Smith stepped up and ensured his team reached a strong total.

Chasing 194, M.L. Dahanukar College struggled to build partnerships and eventually got bowled out for 150. Rizvi’s bowling unit kept things tight and picked up wickets at regular intervals, never allowing the opposition to settle.
