Ramesh Singh rattles Sunder CC innings with 6/35 in the ongoing Kanga League 2017
Held at Sunder C.C, Cross Maidan ground in Mumbai, two talented teams namely MV Sports Club & Sunder CC took on each other where in MV Sports Club won the toss and elected to field first considering the bowler friendly pitch and weather conditions.
Bowling first, MV Sports club did a commendable job as they reduced Sunder CC to just 105/10 in 40.3 overs. Right handed opener Jayesh Mhatre was the lone warrior as he scored a solid 59 off 106balls out of his team total of 105. The bowler who inflicted maximum damage was right-arm medium pacer Ramesh Singh as he bowled with sheer discipline and consistent line and length which helped him to rattle the entire sunder cc batting line up with envious bowling figures of 6/35 in 10 overs.
In reply, MV Sports Club batted well too as they declared their innings at 109/3 in 23 overs. Opener Navin Patil remained unbeaten scoring a good looking and timely knock of 53* off just 59balls, MV Sports club ended their innings at 109/3 declare at the end of the game’s play and they won the match on 1st innings. The player who took everyone’s notice was certainly Ramesh Singh as his was the highlight perfomance of the match. Cricketgraph congratulates Ramesh while wishes luck to both the teams for their upcoming matches.
