After losing some quick top order wickets, Opener Shawn (46 runs) and Kabir at no.4 resurrected the innings back with a crucial partnership of 63 runs. Kabir Malhotra emerged the top scorer in the match scoring a brilliant 108 off 104 balls. Kabir kept the scoreboard ticking despite wickets tumbling from the other end smashing 14 fours and a six to push his team towards a defendable total. From the bowlers, Sandeep Mundaye with 4/49 was the pick of the lot.

New Way Travels in reply were all out for 93 runs in 21.1 overs courtesy a brilliant bowling spell by Pranav Rana. Pranav returned with envious bowling figures of 6/15 in 7.1 overs including 2 maidens as Empire Industries won the match by 124 runs.
