Learn Quest beat iGate to win the Plate Group Milan Mega Corporate T20 Tournament
It was quite a low scoring game at Cross Maidan, Mumbai on 23rd April, when Learn Quest locked horns against iGate in the Plate Group final match of Milan Mega Corporate T20 Tournament. Batting first, iGate was restricted to a paltry 111-9 in 20 overs. Opening bat Abhishek Mhatre top scored with 22 runs off 20 balls but failed to capitalize on the start. Rohan Sadarjoshi was the wrecker-in-chief as he accounted for 3-15 in his miserly spell of four overs. Rohan pitched in right areas and was duly awarded for his consistency. Ashish More and Amey Kothwale picked up couple of wickets each.
In reply, it was an easy ruin chase for Learn Quest. They achieved the target in 13.2 overs and won the match by five wickets. Ashish Rao (35 runs off 30 balls) provided a solid start to the chase and then the middle order ensured that their team was home safe. Abhishek Mhatre picked up two wickets. After shining with the ball, Rohan Sadarjoshi showed his mettle with the bat as he cruised to a blistering 24 off just 15 cherries.
Rohan Sadarjoshi (3-15 in 4 overs and 24 runs off 15 balls) was declared as the Man of the Match for his wonderful all-round efforts.
