Two teams R.C Queens Necklace and Borivali C locked horns in their group c match at Chereshwar Ground Trombay on 21 Feb 2015. Toss was won by R.C Borivali C and they elected to bat first. It looked like a good toss to loose by Queens Necklace since Borivali C could only manage to score 108. Queens Necklace bowlers bowled a tight line giving very less opportunity for free scoring which resulted in regular loss of wickets.

Queens Necklace batters started off aggressively and both openers were timing the ball quite well. Opener Pranav adjudged himself run out which seemed like a very close call. Sameer appeared to be in good touch hitting couple of fours and a massive six with a delectable sound over square leg. He scored a quick fire 38 off just 17 balls which almost sealed the deal in Queens favor. Everyone in QC camp wanted the target to be chased down before drinks break and their batsmen didn’t disappoint, achieving the target in 9.5 overs.
