Cricket Coach Nishant Jani felicitated for Cricket Development in Morbi District

Popular and acclaimed Cricket Coach Nishant Jani recently got felicitated by Morbi Brahman Samaj for cricket development in Morbi District. Nishant was felicitated on 3rd October in an event organized by Morbi Brahman Samaj for his contribution in the field of cricket which has helped Morbi elevate in the last few years.

Nishant Jani is the Chief Coach of Morbi U14 ,U16 ,U19, U25 and Senior teams of Morbi District Cricket Association since 2014 affiliated by Saurashtra Cricket Association. Many of the players under Nishant’s guidance have been selected in season 2021-22 including a Women’s U19 player Miloni Jivani from Morbi along with Nikhil Chattaria (U16 probables Squad) and Manjeet Kumkhaniya in U19 Probable Squad along with Sasyak Singh who takes specialized coaching from Nishant jani.

Nishant’s journey started when Mr Umesh Patwal holded his hands in 2008 and became his mentor cum guru. Since then, there has been no looking back for Nishant Jani as he has continously progressed under the mentorship of Coach Umesh Patwal.

Sharing with Cricketgraph, Nishant said “Specially thanks to Mr Jaydev shah for taking the Saurashtra cricket on a good height by adding one more tournament of District Cricket for u25 players. With this, many players will get couple of more years to work hard for it and me as a District Cricket Association’s Chief Coach, i am personally thanking to Mr Jaydev Shah for one more golden opportunity for players of Saurashtra”
