Centurion Aditya Suryavanshi shines for Khalsa against Jai Hind in inter-college match

GN Khalsa College faced Jai Hind College in the inter-collegiate cricket tournament match on 3^rd Feb at Shivaji Park. Batting first, Khalsa posted a mammoth total of 411-5 in 42 overs. As Jai Hind could not bowl the full 45 overs in stipulated timeframe, Khalsa was awarded with 70 runs as a result. Aditya Suryavanshi scored a brilliant century (103*) and was well-supported by Viraj Chalke (83) and Rushikesh Padwal (61). A fantastic batting display by Khalsa helped them to put on board such a huge total. Dhiren and Aniket managed to pick up two wickets each for Jai Hind.

In reply, Jai Hind was bundled out for a paltry 93 in 28 overs. Jai Hind’s skipper Paras top scored with 40 runs. Viraj Chalke was the pick of the bowlers as he grabbed three wickets for Khalsa.
